This is a private research workspace for finding for-sale listings whose sellers offer financing. It is available only to people who have been given access by the administrator. By signing in you agree to use it as described below.
Research only, not advice
Listing information, automated classifications, extracted financing terms and generated reports are provided for research only. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and automatically generated text can contain errors. Nothing in this workspace is an appraisal, valuation, inspection, or legal, tax, lending, financial or investment advice. Confirm every financing term directly with the listing party before relying on it.
Information this workspace stores
- Sign-in cookie. After you enter the access password, a signed cookie named
sf_session(HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict) keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. This workspace sets no advertising or analytics cookies. - Listing searches run in your own browser. Scans run inside a zillow.com tab you open, using your own Zillow session, and send the listings found to this workspace. The fallback proxy scan connects to Zillow through this site instead, and Zillow's security provider may then place its own cookies in your browser for this site.
- Browser storage. A display-theme preference may be read from local storage. No listing data is kept in your browser between visits.
- Workspace records. Listing records, the keyword searches that found them, AI review results and scan history are stored in the workspace database until removed through the workspace or by the administrator; there is no automatic deletion schedule.
Do not enter personal information about yourself or others into this workspace.
Service providers
- Hosting. The workspace runs on Cloudflare, which processes every request, including your IP address, and stores the workspace records.
- AI review and reports. Listing descriptions, addresses, prices and photo links are sent to an AI model provider to classify financing language and to generate reports: Anthropic directly, Anthropic and Google models through OpenRouter, or models hosted on Cloudflare Workers AI, depending on configuration.
- Maps, places and photos. Map tiles, fonts and icons load from OpenFreeMap (OpenStreetMap data), with Esri basemap tiles as a fallback. Place searches are sent to the Photon geocoding service operated by komoot. Listing photos load from the third-party sites that host them. These providers receive your IP address and the request they serve.
Responsible use
- Use only the access you were given. Do not share the password.
- Do not attempt to bypass security or place excessive load on the workspace or any connected service.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including fair-housing, privacy and consumer-protection laws, and with the terms of any third-party source.
- Do not republish or sell information from this workspace.
No warranty and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the workspace is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and the people who operate it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunity, data or investment, arising from use of or reliance on it.
